  • Children over 12 years of age will be charged adult room and meal rates.

  • Room rates will be converted to local currency at the time of billing.

Check-in and Check-out times

Royal Cocoon standard check-in time is at 14.00 hours. Should arrivals happen prior to this time, we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.

The standard check-out time for departing guests, is 12 noon. If you require a later check-out, we will try our best to facilitate your request. If, however, you require a check-out at 18:00 Hrs, 50% of the booked room rate will be charged and if you require a Check- Out after 18:00 Hrs, 1 nights stay will be charged.

Royal Cocoon will make every effort to provide flexibility of early and late arrivals and departures for the convenience of our guests.


Reservations may be made either by telephone, e-mail, or by filling out our reservation form.

Once the guest fills out the reservation form, we will reply you via email with the summary of your stay and a link which will direct you to our safe and secure Payment Portal.

Reservations are considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of a signed reconfirmation and a credit card deposit or a prepayment of 100% of the entire stay.

Reservations will only be confirmed by Royal Cocoon on receipt of a 100 % advance payment.

Payment can be made by depositing directly in to Royal Cocoon Bank Account or through our Internet payment gateway.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • For cancellations or amendments, we require a notice of at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations may be moved to a different arrival date (subject to availability).
  • Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the room nights booked. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room nights booked.
